Diet Plan

I can't go to a dietitian since I don't have resources fortunately my friend Marvin S. helped me out with his diet that he followed and lost a lot of pounds in just a short time. His program has been given to him by his Dietitian. I love his program because it doesn't contain vegetables because I don't like greens. Since it's my first week, i'll just give you the week 1 program. Here it is:

week 1

upon waking up
1 glass of warm water plus lemon

breakfast (8:00am)
1 boiled egg
1 glass low fat milk

10:00 am
2 fruits or 1 cup fruit juice

11:30 am
1 cup of tea(twinnings) + low fat milk + sweetener + 3 digestive biscuits

lunch (between 12 noon to 2:00 PM)
6-7 tablespoons rice 2x a week only with 250 grams chicken/beef/fish no oil (grilled or boiled)

3:30pm to 4:00 pm
1 cup of tea or nestle coffee + low fat milk + sweetner + 3 dates or digestive biscuits

5:00pm
1 FRUIT (any fruit)

dinner (9:00pm - 9:30pm)
1 cup of soup (maggi or knorr chicken or mushroom or vegetable)


This is my 2nd day today and it wasn't so bad. It's just a matter of determination and discipline.


Yay for no veggies!
