Them Part 1

It's been a while now since I stayed here in Qatar and I still didn't gain any friends other than my household members. Yes, I made some but not we're not really that close yet. That's why I think of my friends in the Philippines a lot just to keep me company although not physically but the way we laugh and make jokes back then feels like they're just here with me. These are some of my College friends that I miss:

Name: Carmelle F.

Title: The Racist

Pet Peeve: Yamar's acting. hahah

Hates: no internet and brown outs.

Likes: the color Purple

If you're looking for a perfect girl - tall, great vital statistics, toned, and white complexion - well, better find someone else because that really doesn't describe her even a bit. she's tall alright but I'm taller. We were classmates back then in College and had a blast together. Talking nonsense, eating a lot, and copying each other's notes and answers during exams sometimes. well, not really sometimes. all the time. I remembered the time when both of us got the highest score during a long exam which made us pass the whole subject. Two heads are better than one, as I say. We were seat mates on our Nursing Review, too! Which made me think that I would definitely fail since we both sometimes don't listen to the instructor and just eat siomai outside the room. Thank God we both passed the board. What I miss about her is the constant nonsense raving which then turns into a boom of laughter and when asked about what's funny, she doesn't really know.

Title: The Timid

Pet Peeve: being sweaty

Hates: Pork

Likes: Staring at the moon, listening to the gushing waves -totally emo

Quote: "Unsa gani spelling sa tongue? T-O-U-N-G-E bah? tama ba?"

I still remembered how he said that quote. with utmost naive and an innocent-ish look, he asked me discreetly but I blurted out in laughter which somehow spilled it so the whole group knew. Yam's the dead-ma type of boy and I thought them Muslims are fierce and all that but him, he's not. Both Chen and I kind of like his company because he's our laughing stock and he doesn't mind being one. When either Chen and I we're being laughed at, we can sometimes be easily affected but not him. He just laughed at it also and jives in with the group's groove. He's also Chen's favorite past time for Carmelle is one heck of a racist but he doesn't mind.

Title: The Hypertensive One

Pet Peeve: People better than him

Hates: Failure

Likes: Fancy Clothes

Quote: "Sakto ko ui! sakto lagi ko! sakto ko! diba? diba? diba? wait lang. sakto ba ko?"

The Metro-sexual among the group he's kind of good on choosing and wearing clothes which makes us personal assistants when we're with him. He's also the tallest one which makes me short, Chen shorter, and Yam's a Hobbit. He's practically good in class which annoys us because he didn't let us copy his answers. But sometimes, he does though but only 5-10 questions. bummer. He gets angry a lot when it comes to rationalizing answers. His answers should be correct because he studied it and justifies it over and over again until the answers are out and he's wrong and we're all right. He's too assertive for a male species. Well, of course, he's born with a lawyer mom.
